Q: Is there a "return" policy with packages?
I want all of my clients to feel they are getting the best value and service when it comes to their expectations. If you feel that our partnership is not a good fit, I do offer a 14-day "return" policy. You will only be required to pay for any hours rendered during the 14 days.
Q: You mentioned working with hospitality businesses, but I'm not in the HB industry- would you still be interested in working together?
A: ABSOLUTELY!! I am open to working with all types of businesses in various industries; I love to learn and many of my services are transferrable across the board.
